“Light Factory” LTD was founded in January 2010 by a group of specialists from RaDI “Polyus”. Company interests include light sources:

• development and production of A3B5 heterostructures;
• development and production of laser diodes in 0.4 – 1.7mkm spectral range;
• development and production of laser modules;
• development and production of power supply for laser diodes and laser modules.

From the beginning of 2011 “Light Factory” LTD develops new and promising light sources based on laser light conversion to spontaneous radiation.
